We want to thank you for your interest in joining us on April 13th, 2024, from 8 am (setup) to 6 pm (or event end) as we host over 4,500 community members from across the Middle Georgia area during the legendary Magnolia Soap Box Derby. By completing the vendor form featured below you will begin the process to reserve your spot in making the Derby another historic day in Macon.

Food and beverage vendors may reserve spaces for $150. Payment is due at the time of registration. Please note: generators must be quiet or surrounded by some type of noise-reduction wall. In addition to this, you will need to comply with Health Department guidelines and provide us with a copy of your insurance. Payment will be due upon acceptance of your application by our Vendor Chairman, J.D. Dunston. By completing this form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, including that the vendor fee is non-refundable. Any exception is at the sole discretion of the vendor committee.

PLEASE NOTE: If you leave trash behind, you will be issued a fine of up to $1,000 by the Macon-Bibb Sheriff for littering. We will be cooperating fully with the authorities to identify vendors who are littering.
